Does the USB device look exactly like this one (link) There is an older version of the USB device so I'm not sure which drivers you would need. On the linked page, there is a link to the drivers for the newer device. Create a restore point on your computer. Download and install the drivers from that link. Reboot, Plug in the device. See if you can capture with the program with Windows Movie Maker. If you have the right drivers, it should work. Note, if you already plug in the device, Windows loaded the wrong generic drivers. You would have to plug in the device, go to "device Manager" and remove the drivers for the device (there may be two). Remove the device. Reboot, Pluag in the device and you should be good to go. Note, Windows and the Roxio programs MAY be the only programs that will use the device properly. Other programs that I tries did not. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
