Can't Uninstall Easy Cd & Dvd Burning.

To solve the problem of error message "can't find certificates". Knowledge base says to uninstall all versions and then do a complete new installation. Problem is I can't uninstall the program. In the middle of uninstalling or trying to repair, it gives me an error of 04C7 or 1935 stops and then rolls back the uninstall. Please HELP -

Download and run the Revo Uninstaller and run in moderate mode

 

Reboot after that and turn off your AV along with any firewall you might have running.

 

Should install OK now

 

Turn on your AV & Firewall and reboot and you should be in business.

Thank you for the info and it worked. I downloaded Revo and got the program uninstalled. However when I try to reinstall Roxie Easy CD & DVD Burning I now get an installion error 000D and the program won't reinstall. By any chance do you have any knowledge whats wrong?.You seem very busy but any advise would certainly help!

That error is a disc read error.

 

Copy the entire disc contents onto a new folder on your HDD.

 

Then run the Setup.exe from that Folder, keeping your fingers crossed
