If you are in the Roxio main screen hit Create Music Disc Projects. Then when Music Disc Creator comes up make sure that you choose MP3/WMA disc in the left pane.

If you don't do that it will default to Audio CD and then you'll be limited to around 80 min of music. That's the Audio CD standard.

The thing to remember is that an Audio CD is limited by time and an MP3 disc is limited by disc space.

Dan,

Write them to a DATA CD rather than an AUDIO CD, as Tbrewst said.

If you write them to an audio CD they are converted from MP3 to audio tracks. Then you are limited to 80 minutes and a max of 99 tracks. Writing to a data CD they stay as MP3s and you can get up to 200 or so on a CD.
