Print a Data Project file list?

I hope someone has some suggestions for printing a directory from a project.

 

We burned data project to a JVC DVD-R at the beginning of the year that validated that day but that is now complete unreadable. (One data recovery software package rebuilt a directory after 4 hours but recovered no files. All the others I've tried can't even get a directory.) I've since found that this machine often burns incorrectly after the 1st project of the day. The software was completely re-installed but we now just reboot between burns of different projects for safety.

 

We still have a project file from the original burn -- but of course the data it references has long since been deleted. Is there is a way to output the project's directory listing to print or file? That could at least serve as a checklist for reconstructing the lost files.

My apologies... Went back and checked which program and version was being used and I'm in the wrong forum area. I'll repost the question to the right area.
