Roxio Game Cap Pro Software Will Not Install

Question

I have just gotten the Roxio Game Cap HD Pro in the mail and for seemingly no reason the software always claims to have been interrupted during installation. Ive done all the basics such as updating the installer, installing the direct x 9 redistributable, turning off antivirus and so forth and yet it continues to not install. im attatching the log and hopefully you can help me out.

Thanks for the Logs, saves a lot of time trying to guess and who would have guessed that 'Incompatible Suite' was the problem :lol:

 

This is extensive, but it what I suggest...

 

Create a New User Account with Administrator Privileges.

 

Turn OFF any A/V & Firewall.

 

Reboot and log on to that new account.

 

Copy your entire disc to a new folder on your HDD.

 

In that new folder, right click on Setup.exe and select Properties.

 

Under the Compatibility tab, make sure
nothing
is checked!

 

Right click Setup.exe and select Open.

 

Allow it to Check for Updates (this is for Roxio not Windows)

 

Use the Default Locations!

I have bought my Roxio Game Capture Hd pro yesterday and i installed the software and at the end of the installation it says interruption ive tryed over 12 times and still no luck i will attach the logs and could you help me and if Its the serial key/disk then if i get a refund and buy another roxio will this fix it?. Please check the logs and see what your view is on it thanks you.

The ole incompatibleSuite error...

 

Never found an easy 'Click This', solution for this one so I recommend the deep breath approach :lol:
