Roxio Preview Help

Hi All,

 

I haave just brought the HD pro and for some reason my preview screen will only display 480p. As soon as i turn my xbox to 1080p no display will show just a black/purple screen..

 

also the thing about that is when i click full screen it will display my xbox when i resume to normal screen the picture is there but i am upable to move the sorfware around the desktop screen

and the xbox being preview in the preview screen will not move with the software displaying it.. i will record my desktop screen on whats happening and hope someone can help

That would be your video card & drivers...

brand new i5 pc will post specs in 5 mins

i have a nvidia riva tnt2 graphics card in my other computer if thats better?

Yes, you have a graphics chip that is trying to do the job that normally takes up 2 PCI Slots...

 

Try it with the other PC and see what it does

i have now disabled the hd graphics and it works but only till today have i tryed to edit a video and when i play my recorded file in mediawave it brings up a box saying

 

"the current production is empty or contains invalid files"

 

but the files was recorded with roxi...

 

 

also i have regested my product on the roxio webpage and 36 hours later still have not recieved my support code !!!

i have come to the point when i reanable my hd graphics i cant watch and edit files but cant record with hd graphics.... sorry to all but i have lost faith in roxio, and will be boxing it straight back up and flog it on to the next mug to deal with
