Problem Ps3 To Laptop No Preview Screen

I just got it i allready install,registrate produktps3 works on my tv ,but not on the preview screen and not able to capture at all,on my pc it works fine

laptop spec

intel core i5 3210 2,5ghz

6 ghz ram

intel hd 4000 graphics

the hauppauge pvr 2 worked fine on the laptop but component cable adapter was crappy and flimsy and broke on me
