Green Line Issue When Uploaded To Youtube

When I upload a video to YouTube there is a green horizontal thin line at the bottom of the video. It isn't there when I am editing the video in the Roxio editing software, but when I upload the video, the green line appears on YouTube. Does anyone know a fix to this problem.

Try changing the render settings. You can try DivX HD 30 or 60 frames.

 

If that doesn't work, a workaround is to upload the .mt2s (Roxio Game Capture HD pro output file) directly on Youtube.

DivX isn't even an option on the software and I already upload directly to YouTube.

NO!

 

DivX is not part of the RGC Suite. It is found in the NXT Suite but not in this one

 

A couple other users have posted about this, but nothing has ran the full course to being resolved
