Davemuns
I was making a copy of a dvd when my computer locked up. After restarting the PC, now when I try to use NXT Pro, I get the message "the drive is in use. Please wait until that project is completed, and try again". I cannot delete the project because it does not show up in the program for me to delete. I have completely uninstalled Roxio NXT Pro and reinstalled and have even uninstalled the CD/DVD drive and reinstalled it, but cannot get rid of the error. Help please. Thanks. sknis
Don't touch that problem solved button; it hides the original post. That solved is not a request to siolved; it is a note that the problem has been solved.
Jim_Hardin
I have never heard of one that a reboot didn't fix But since you claim to have the PC from He_l do this: Download and install the Revo Uninstaller and run in moderate mode Create a New User Account with Administrator Privileges. Turn OFF any A/V & Firewall. Reboot and log on to that new account. Run the Install - Allow it to Check for Updates (this is for Roxio not Windows) Use the Default Locations! See what that does and we can go from there
