Can't Record?

Hello people, I'm just new on this forum, but I have a question.

 

Why I can't start recording? Normally it has a green button where you can click to start recording, but now its black? And I don't know why, so i also can't record.

 

Someone who can help me with this strange problem?

I think the best fix for that is to do a Proper Repair

 

First thing to do is to turn off your Anti Virus, Firewalls, Registry Cleaners, etc.

 

Unplug your RGC Device and put it aside until you are completely finished.

 

Now insert your Roxio Disc.

 

Be sure you accept the offer to Check for Updates (this is for Roxio, not Windows)

 

When you reach the screen where
Repair
is offered, choose that!

 

When the Repair competes, turn your AV & Firewall back on and reboot.

Then something on your PC is breaking it :huh:

 

Most likely you have an aggressive Registry Cleaner that is running and it is destroying the Registry entires... These are often found as part of your Anti Virus software and in my 22 years of computing, never seen one that did anybody any good ;)

 

Disable it and your problems will go away.
