Can You Use The Serial Number On More Than One Computer?

I bought RoxioHD Capture Pro. The Game Capture HD Pro Cd came with it along with the serial number.

 

I already installed the program and used the serial number I believe. I want to sell this product on ebay now... so will the serial number not work with the buyer?

I used my serial on my new laptop (used Roxio HD Pro on my old laptop) and it worked fine. Yes it will work.
