Recording Issues.

Hello, I am here to ask a question about my roxio. It does not seem to be working right, When i want to record i can't it will say. like 0MB left on drive and it will have signal but i can only hear the audio. i can't see the screen it will have a Off air logo on. Can you please help me out. Thanks.

Thats the picture it shows on the screen where it should show my xbox screen. I run on a xbox 360. Hooked up to a HDMI. When i press Start Capture it records for 1 sec and the video ends. I tried everything i can. I Re installed the software. I reset my computer, i made sure everything is hooked up right. and i always have the same problem. I looked this up on google and youtube but i can't find any one with the same problem.
