This last two weeks, when burning a DVD, I have been seeing the "done" box do suicide repeats and I am unable to stop it from going berzerk. I have to shut the program down and restart it. The DVD comes out fine but I am unable to make additional copies. Please advise!! Thank you so much, Roy I am using a DELL running a Windows Vista Home Premium OS. Brendon
Roy, Creator DE is a DELL OEM [reduced function] program, so DELL are supposed to provide all support for their software. However, in the meantime if you burned [saved] your DVD to a disc image [if the software allows you] then you could later burn multiple copies from the disc image. This might suffice until DELL can fix your original problem. Brendon
