mtaskin
I'm having the same problem - sometimes I get the error right away and sometimes it happens during the 'encoding' of one of the movies - sometimes it stops at movie #3, sometimes it gets almost all the way to the end, then I get the error. I've tried all the things that have been suggested but it keeps doing it. Any other suggestions? Thanks so much...shelly

"Me too" posts are generally not usefull. It would be a lot better if you were to start your own thread and describe your problem with some details (answer the questions in post #2 for example). sknis
I split you post but kept it in the same forum section - Creator NXT. If that is not correct, let us know and it can be moved so to give you the best feedback. Please read this (link) I'm going to assume that you do not have a solid state drive (SSD) where you are storing the resources (video, music, images) for the movie and that you have adjust the default save to a non-SSD. The are several very good and fast defraggers that work better than the default one in Windows. Go here and select one. Note while you are there, look at the other free computer maintenance tools. Several people and me suggest that you never use a registry cleaner unless it is a last resort. More detail would be extremely helpful. Tell us about your computer via dxdiag (link) . Just follow these instructions exactly.
