Game Capture Hd Pro Question

Hi I recently bought this device and I am happy with it except for one thing, I would like to use different software that can handle the live streaming better. I like the capture quality but for live streaming the Roxio software doesn't quite do it for me, as I would like to stream to other locations besides Twitch. Is there an SDK that can be made available or dshow commands that will make it work with other programs that support Directshow?

I really doubt but if you tickle the Tabs at the top there is one for contact...

Don't see a contact button and I'm not spending $25 for one question. Also I won't buy Xsplit when you have to upgrade just to use the card. That's ridiculous, but that's their problem obviously, not Roxio's.
