Re-Downloading Software?

I have a Roxio Game Capture (not HD version) and I had to wipe my computer but forgot to backup the roxio software and now its gone and I dont have the installation CD so I was wondring if there was any way of re-downloading the software? Any help will be great

There is no legal place to download the software. Contact Roxio, and explain your situation.

I have a somewhat similar problem. I got a new laptop and I want to install GameCapture on it, but the key code that is on my disc doesn't work. The software was bought new and I am the only one to ever use it. What do I need to do?
