Soundsoap For Toast Cant Authorize

I had to reinstall my mac from scratch, i reinstall toast 11 pro and I am unable to get soundsoap to register, I did select BIAS Soundsoap for toast 2 from the manager as suggest in the past, But i keep getting a error that says, The Authorization was not successful, unknown explanation. Anyone have any ideas of how to get it to work? I cant even get it to run in trial mode, that says i need a internet connection.

There was a long thread about this recently. Bias-inc is out of business and the last I heard their authorization server is no longer working. Pre-existing authorizations seem to still be working. I did a Time Machine reinstall of my entire hard drive when replacing the hard drive recently and that authorization is still in effect. So maybe you can recover whatever it is that tells the authorization manager that it is already authorized. Otherwise, I think there is no resolution.

According to this post the Bias server is running again so Sound Soap can be authorized.

It does seem to be running. It's telling me "The authorization was not successful. Invalid serial number", even though I've copy/pasted the serial number from my order confirmation email.

Are you sure you've selected the correct SoundSoap in the authorization list? It probably is at the bottom of the list and called BIAS Soundsoap for Toast.

I'd forgotten about that one. Authorised now.
