Do you get a picture on your TV?

 

Anything on the computer preview screen? If yes, what does it show (maybe a screen capture).

 

Does the Roxio Device show in your Device Manager?

 

Can we assume you are using HDMI cables?

i am in the process of talking to support but they gave me links to like make sure usb is connected all the cables are connected and then no response from them for 18 hours now, so you think i should ask for a new one i mean its now a day old never would of thought it would be broken already.
