Help With Hd Pro

i only had this card for about 5 hours now and doesn't want to work i already tried different hdmi's different inputs everything is on all software is up to date im using xbox with a vizo 32 in xvt, already tried most of the stuff on here from the forums.

Do you get a picture on your TV?

 

Anything on the computer preview screen? If yes, what does it show (maybe a screen capture).

 

Does the Roxio Device show in your Device Manager?

 

Can we assume you are using HDMI cables?

i am not getting a picture on my tv nor my preview screen where it is saying also no signal with it in red. Roxio does show up in device manager and yes i am using hdmi cables

now the tv screen comes up blue only when i turn the xbox off and the software.

Try another HDMI Source to test it? Something like a DVD or BD Player?

Tried another source (BluRay) and still no image.

Your picture seems to indicate the drivers are OK but please look in your Device Manager with the RGC plugged in and make sure they match this screen cap:

Since you only have 30 days, might be best to take your Support Code (from your email) and contact Roxio for a Replacement.

i am in the process of talking to support but they gave me links to like make sure usb is connected all the cables are connected and then no response from them for 18 hours now, so you think i should ask for a new one i mean its now a day old never would of thought it would be broken already.

Like we have been doing, they are trying to determine if it is Software or Hardware that is preventing the signal.
