Jim_Hardin
You may have to manually select the DVI port on your Monitor... Although it could be that the Pass Through does not provide an acceptable HDCP signal for that Monitor... I tried a similar setup, Pass Through - HDMI - DVI - Monitor, but mine worked Yet some users have reported issues. Do you have another Monitor to test it with OR one that can accept straight HDMI??? (even just for a quick test)

Jinsuke
I see. Well have you tried resetting your PS3 yet? *Turn off your PS3 console until you see the red light *From there, press and hold the power button UNTIL YOU HEAR TWO BEEPS *Try to connect the Game Capture again *On Game Capture software, set Input from HDMI to Component. Make sure to check PS3's display settings. Check 480p, 720p, 1080i then leave 1080p unchecked. What happened?

Jinsuke
It may work using HDMI Splitter but it works best and normal with component cables. Try component cables then follow the instructions I have provided.
