Wizard Has Been Interrupted

Ok so my friend who lives in ireland recently purchased the Roxio Game Cap (Not HD) and hes having problems installing it, it comes up saying "Roxio Game Capture Wizard Has Been Interrupted" and says something about log lists i think but please i need help because he doesn't know what to do he's updated windows, and disabled anti virus any idea how to sort this out? P.S I know this is a helpful forum because i've had problems with my HD Pro and are know all fixed so please help ?

Without the Setup Logs, that narrows it down to about 10 things...

Oh ok well he said he was buying a new disc so if that doesnt work i'll tell him to send me the logs
