This is form Roxio HD pro Faqs: You still need to connect the capture device via USB with a laptop/PC for recording though. The preview in the Capture software has about 2 second delay as it is required for the hardware to process the video. This delay causes sync problems with microfone and web cams.

Perhaps using the WEBCAM might be one of the reasons that you have sync problems?

Did you notice that in 5 1/2 Months this device/software have been out, you are the only one that seems to think this is significant

Everyone else is getting along without it...

I really think you are kidding yourself on this... You think that there is one exact number. Your AC power from your local utility constantly varies in its' cycles, when you get down to the millisecond (1/1000 of a second) ;)

Likewise your PC multitasks, which in reality is not multitasking but just doing a few of this and a few of that so even your PC will not maintain a steady cycle, depending on its' load and priorities...

You can probably get it closer but why not just try something and start changing numbers ;)

I can pretty well assure you that you are not going to get what you want here or even with a paid support call.

I would be curious what you find -_-
