it is we annoying that i have spent £40 on a Game capture when i cant use it, i did once get it working, and i could then only record in half sized screen records. also i cant sign up for WeGames, it almost feels like its trolling me :/! i just want to record and upload them to

Youtube not Wegames + i got it from Amazon i dont know if this will have any affect on the capture, i mainly bought this item because of videowave as it look amazing and for the short time i used it, it was amazing, but now i wished i bought something a little bit more useful

 

if any gurus could help, i just hope that People thinking about buying this product dont have any problems as it not as good as i thought it would be

Haven't got a clue what your post is about. I don't even know what program you have. As the program is no longer being sold by Roxio, I have no idea what you bought.

You got ripped off. Roxio PC game capture never worked properly. It never even supported direct x 11. It is no longer supported or sold by Roxio. WeGames no longer exists. You wasted your money. Sorry.

 

I would contact Amazon and try for a refund. You could even link this forum page and note the stickied link at the top which states that WeGames no longer exists.
