Toast Says Bluray Disc Is Full With 1Mb File On It!

Moving Image

Question

Hi I've been using toast to burn some blu ray back ups, got 11 discs in and hangs at 99% and I have to force quit to get out of the hang.

Now, all my saved disc images that I made say they are 'full', so the red bar comes up and even if I create a new disc and just drop a 1mb JPEG on there, it fills up straight away!

If I select CD, DVD, DVD DL or BD DL it's fine but the BD option instantly fills up.

Now it won't burn or even span the files on my pre saved images.

Any ideas? This is driving me crazy and I'm halfway through an archive job!

Typically when that scale is messed up the fix is to trash the Toast plist and prefs files in your user>Library>Preferences folder and relaunch Toast. Hopefully that will work in this case. You access your user Library by holding down the Option key while selecting the Go menu in the Finder if you are running Lion or Mountain Lion.
