Roxio Gamecap Hd Pro Connection Problems

Question

So I have a problem, when i plug in my Roxio GameCap HD PRO, my computer dosent recognize it at all, the software was installed BEFORE i plugged it in. I've looked in device manager, and it is nowhere to be found, it lights up but the computer doesnt make it a device... PLEASE HELP!

Recommended Posts

Download and install the Revo Uninstaller. Then run it in Moderate Mode to remove any traces of Roxio.

 

Then turn off your Anti Virus, Firewalls, Registry Cleaners, etc.

 

Unplug your RGC Device and put it aside until you are completely finished.

 

Now insert your Roxio Disc.

 

Be sure you accept the offer to Check for Updates (this is for Roxio, not Windows)

 

When the Install competes, turn your AV & Firewall back on and reboot.
