Lets try one more time...



YOU CAN NOT USE COMPOSITE CABLES (the Yellow video cable with the Red&White audio cable).


You HAVE TO USE the Component Cables... as is clearly shown in Post #8.

Calm down! We're trying to help you here. Swearing isn't going to make it any better. Before I start anything, Composite = YELLOW, RED and WHITE cables. Component = RED, WHITE, GREEN, BLUE, and another RED cables. HDMI = HDMI cables. The Roxio HD Pro only support Component and HDMI. Now, which cables are you using? Component or Composite?

I just noticed you are located in Egypt. We are probably hitting some translation errors that are confusing to all of us :lol:


Can you post a picture showing your connections on your Game Console and your Roxio Device. (Posting info HERE)


I don't have a PS3 but somewhere in its' setup you have to have it set for HD for its' output.


After that check in the Roxio Software to make sure you have it set to use HD Profile:



(Note: HD only shows IF an HD signal is present)
