Rainbow Lines On Preview Screen

I have had my roxio for a few months and it has worked fine until now and it has just came up with these lines and I have tried everything to get them off and I would like some help please

One other user said he had to use an uninstaller then reinstall to get rid of that!

 

This is how that works:

 

Download and install the Revo Uninstaller. Then run it in Moderate Mode to remove any traces of Roxio.

 

Then turn off your Anti Virus, Firewalls, Registry Cleaners, etc.

 

Unplug your RGC Device and put it aside until you are completely finished.

 

Now insert your Roxio Disc.

 

Be sure you accept the offer to Check for Updates (this is for Roxio, not Windows)

 

When the Install competes, turn your AV & Firewall back on and reboot.
