SlowCapture Posted April 8, 2013 Report Share Posted April 8, 2013 Ok guys I've seen countless threads about game captures not being able to respond, but it always ends wit people saying there specs do not meet, Well mine do and I still get the problem. Yes i have reinstalled like 2 times now. here are my specs: CPU: Intel core i7 -2760M 2.2GHZ Memory: 6 GB OS: Windows 7 premium Geforce 610m 2 GB So why is it not responding? You say you have read "countless threads" so you must have seen the type of info that we need in order to help you, like how do have your source (Xbox/Ps3.Wii) connected, what cables are you using, are you getting a picture on the TV but not on you computer, does the Roxio unit show up in your Device Manager ........................................... SlowCapture Posted April 8, 2013 Author Report Share Posted April 8, 2013 ok, the capture program is the thing that isn't responding, i found out though if i unplug the usb it begins to respond but when i plug it back in it still responds but does not show any video on the program. SlowCapture Posted April 9, 2013 Author Report Share Posted April 9, 2013 like how do have your source (Xbox/Ps3.Wii) connected, what cables are you using, It's connected via component cables, the RGB cables. if you wish to know what type they are the gamestop brand. are you getting a picture on the TV but not on you computer, I have a picture on my tv but not the computer does the Roxio unit show up in your Device Manager Yes it does but frezes on start up when i click capture.
