MrDerpski
Just askin... I've been using my WiiU + HDMI on 1080p and whenever I record, it will always be on 30fps. Is there a problem with my console or is it the video output that's blocking me from doing it?
DUKENUKEM
Well like on the XBOX 360, which I just found out by tinkering around. I had to set it to 720p in the system settings to get a real 60fps or it says 59.99 whatever. Try setting your WiiU to 720p and then record something. Solution
Just to let you know, if you record in 720p at 60FPS and the game plays is 30FPS, the recorded footage will say that it's 60FPS when it's actually 30FPS. Since the game doesn't play in 60FPS, it will duplicate each frame making it a lackluster 60FPS recording(not true 60FPS.
