But, to be honest, I don't know how much satisfaction you'll get. I waded through the screens for awhile, and it may take you awhile to finally get to some place where you can actually submit a request or problem report going that route. And even so, since you are out of the warranty period, again, I don't know how much satisfaction you'll get. But that's the best route I can point you toward. Maybe someone else has a better route to offer. But, how do you know it's a hardware problem, not a software problem? 0 Snew457 Posted April 10, 2013 Author Report Share Posted April 10, 2013 i know its a hardware problem because when i plug it in to my laptop, the light will be red and then fade when i would normally be purple.
