Crash When Trying To Add Audio

Question

I bought the device a week ago, and i finnaly got it working with the wires, then i started recording. When i finished recording i added the voice over which i recorded as well, but when i ever i try to add it the program crashes! wtf!

 

Any idea how to fix this?

Sometimes there are corruptions in files that were added ~ not clear if you recorded you voice over directly or seperately...

 

One thing I would suggest is to try a proper repair to make sure all is good within the program:

 

First thing to do is to turn off your Anti Virus, Firewalls, Registry Cleaners, etc.

 

Unplug your RGC Device and put it aside until you are completely finished.

 

Now insert your Roxio Disc.

 

Be sure you accept the offer to Check for Updates (this is for Roxio, not Windows)

 

When you reach the screen where
Repair
is offered, choose that!

 

When the Repair competes, turn your AV & Firewall back on and reboot.
