Question

My Capture Card was shipped on March.14th/13 and it is still not here. In the email it said that it should be here before April.7th/ 13. It is now April 13th and it is still not here..... I can't track the package because you can't in Canada. I emailed them 7 times and not once have they emailed back. I spent a good amount of money on this and I am getting ticked off. Can someone tell me what is going on....I also called them and it keeps saying there is not a customer support representative at the moment and to call back later.

Well it is the weekend isn't it?

 

They don't work weekends, call Monday during business hours.
