When Can We Expect Another Update?

Question

It is apparent that there is definitely a software issue. With all the artifacts popping up during recording. Some of the simple solutions that I have come up with is to click the bitrate +/- sign when it happens and it goes away until I start another game or as in call of duty, between matches. Which has also become tedious and irritating having to do that more than once. Product should work as advertised. I have done all the following:

 

1. Updated my nvidia drivers. My video cards are more than plentiful in the graphics and power department.

2. CPU is not an issue. 3.9 ghz amd 6 core.

3. 12GB Ram

4. Installed and Re-Installed Roxio software and drivers.

5. Followed every workaround that I could find on youtube and around the web. Even using some user suggested workarounds found here on the website.

 

Ball is in your court Roxio. Time to get your program team in action and fix this. Or at least give the community an update. Something.
