TC III 0 Report post Posted April 15, 2013 I upgraded to 10.0.9 and now I can't register it with my v10 product key. What do I need to do?
0 tsantee 231 Report post Posted April 18, 2013 Odd. When I've updated Toast the Mac remembered the registration key so it didn't need to be reentered. The only advice I have about registration keys is to watch for letters that look like digits and vice versa.
0 HeadlessBill 0 Report post Posted May 14, 2013 I'm pretty much having the same issue. The update asks for my serial number and doesn't recognize it when I type it in. I even reinstalled Toast 10, installation goes fine, but the update does not.

0 tsantee 231 Report post Posted October 8, 2013 I am having the same issue. Does anyone have a solution? When I update Toast the registration key information is retained so I don't have to re-enter it. I know that Roxio blocks keys when they believe the codes have been shared. I haven't dealt with this issue and don't know what to suggest other than contacting Roxio Customer Service.
