TC III
I upgraded to 10.0.9 and now I can't register it with my v10 product key. What do I need to do?
tsantee
Odd. When I've updated Toast the Mac remembered the registration key so it didn't need to be reentered. The only advice I have about registration keys is to watch for letters that look like digits and vice versa.
HeadlessBill
I'm pretty much having the same issue. The update asks for my serial number and doesn't recognize it when I type it in. I even reinstalled Toast 10, installation goes fine, but the update does not.

tsantee
I am having the same issue. Does anyone have a solution? When I update Toast the registration key information is retained so I don't have to re-enter it. I know that Roxio blocks keys when they believe the codes have been shared. I haven't dealt with this issue and don't know what to suggest other than contacting Roxio Customer Service.
