Capture Button Does Not Work On Launch Pad

Question

Hello, I have a problem that is preventing me from opening the main capture window. When I get the launch pad open which is no problem, and I want to click record or even if I want to edit/share I click the button that says capture or edit/share. But when I do so nothing happens, nothing loads, it just stays the same. Can someone help?

Sounds like your program never installed right or is otherwise corrupted...

 

First thing to do is to turn off your Anti Virus, Firewalls, Registry Cleaners, etc.

 

Unplug your RGC Device and put it aside until you are completely finished.

 

Now insert your Roxio Disc.

 

Be sure you accept the offer to Check for Updates (this is for Roxio, not Windows)

 

When you reach the screen where
Repair
is offered, choose that!

 

When the Repair competes, turn your AV & Firewall back on and reboot.

 

That should do it ;)

The program has been working and then all of a sudden stopped working yesterdday after 1 month and i do not have the installation disc anymore

 

Why do you not have the installation disc anymore?

 

What changes did you make to your system that causes it to not work anymore?
