KTinSLC Posted April 18, 2013 Report Share Posted April 18, 2013 Cannot sign into Roxio account from Windows computer on which my Roxio software is installed, but can sign in on this iPad. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling Java on the Windows computer, but no success. Customer service does not understand the problem: understood the problem to be forgotten password. Have you done anything with your antivirus or firewall I saw this on an XP machine using IE8. It was not mine and I didn't have the authority to trouble shoot it. Roxio support at the present time is terable. Good luck. The OP's problem has nothing at all to do with his password. After all he signed from his iPad. Most likely something on his system is blocking the login such as a firewall or his browser setup.
