Here is a link to one I made about a month ago for a funeral, and the mp3 music comes on for about 2 seconds. I edited my songs then convert them on my computer then I up load them using "my music" once I start working on the photoshow.

Ran your photoshow and can hear all the audio for the 5:06 length of the show. In fact I downloaded the audio and played it all as a separate audio clip. So there is nothing wrong with the photoshow on the website.

I am also having the same issues with no sound playing during the online photoshows. I am using Adobe Flash Player11 Active X version 11.7.700.169 which was installed on 4/18/13.

I played my photoshows using both Chrome and IE9 and both browsers had the same sound issues.

It is that version of Flash Player. Read this.

I have not proved it but it may be the latest version of Adobe Flash player that has caused the problem. Please let us know which version you have.

There are several ways but the easiest is to open the PhotoShow in Internet Explorer, once it start playing , left click on the speaker icon at the bottom right of your toolbar and open volume mixer. Scroll to the right if necessary. You should see the information there. Please let us know which one you have. Mine is 11.7.xxxx

For now, consider posting the PhotoShows you need on YouTube. Remember there is a time limit so that won't work for longer shows. You can make it private so only the people you want to see it can. If you made the PhotoShow on-line, you can download it to your desktop version and then upload it. The download version will have the music and it should be there when you upload it. If you do that, please let us know if it worked.

I guess you want to work with Walt. I asked you to send me the PhotoShow if it was private.

I tried the one you posted with four different browsers and got the same performance as the other thread -- sound for a couple of notes and then silence until the next music cut. I'm beginning to think that a recent Windows update screwed something up. What OS are you using?

Please try using the desktop application of V6 to download your PhotoShow to your desktop. See if it plays on it. If not, make a name changes and upload that name changed PhotoShow to the site and see if that one will play.

I doubt that we'll get any help from Roxio/Corel.

Edit: I just tried your PhotoShow on an old XP laptop and a newer Windows 7 laptop and they both played the PhotoShow with the full music. Of course they have different audio devices. This is an interesting situation.

Walt, What audio device do you have and do you have the latest updates to W7 installed?

Both PhotoShows played on my XP and my Vista computers. Both systems have on-board audio devices.

Neither systems currently have PhotoSHow installed

Thanks now I sent you the new one I just did in you inbox and maybe tell me why that mp3 does not work

Thanks.

I can also play the show with full audio.

BTW, it is much better to correspond in these forums than via the PM. Other posters can then also contribute to the thread.

I am uploading mp3's and they are no longer working. Mostly 128 bit rate, audio channel 2. Yes I make a photoshow once a week for our church services, I made one last night and this is the first time it ever happen. I see none of my mp3 seems to be working? Is there another format Photoshow perfers all of a sudden?

All sites (channels) are the same. There should be no difference just like all web sites (should!) display the same. When does your premium membership end?

200! That's a lot. :) What type of audio did you use - format, bit rate and source. No one ! How many is that? Are they all using PC or Apples or a mix?

Did you make them on-line or did you use the desktop version of the software to make them and then upload them to your channel?

Do you have one you can link to so that some of the frequent posters can try it. Perhaps one of the most recent ones and one much older. You can pm me the links if you don't want them on these forums. Without some ability to "see" them, it is going to be a long diagnosis. (trial and error).

I have tried Safari, Firefox on my Mac and Firefox, MSN and Google on my PC.

Post a link to a PhotoShow here or pm.(hover over my screen name) me a link.. I will check it out. Did you try the link to the PhotoShow that I posted in that other thread? Did you get audio with that?

Did you install or update any programs in the last couple of days?
