aghauler
I'm using Creator 5, whenever I open a media disc or player something called "RoxioCinePlayer" tries to load. After a period of time it says it can't load because the program is on a disc, which I don't have anyway Where did this come from and how do I get rid of it? It delays what I'm trying to do and it's not listed in the Add or Remove file on my computer, Windows XP OS.
Brendon
Hello, As far as I can see, Cineplayer first appeared in Easy Media Creator 9 so I have no idea how you have it in your ECDC 5 system. The main active program in Cineplayer was DMXLAUNCHER.EXE if I remember correctly. If you can find and disable or rename that executable you should prevent it trying to launch. Sorry I can't be more specific about removal, but I don't know how you got it there in the first place. Regards, Brendon
aghauler
Hello Brendon Well my mistake I did find Easy Creator 9 in the ADD or Remove File in my control panel. I'm removing it as I really don't need it. Creator 5 works just fine for my needs and doesn't take up disc space. Hopefully this will resolve the issue. Thanks for your help! Regards, Bob B.
