Hello i got the roxio game cap hd pro and i hooked it up the right way but when i click on capture the capture screen is blank AND my tv says detecting it will say detecting for a long time and then say no signal then go back to detecting Please Help

If it were "hooked up the right way", it would work...

Describe EVERYTHING from your wall outlet to the end... What do you have, what is it hooked up with and what does the software say, as well as the color?
