I Need Help! I Cant Install The Roxio Game Capture Software!

So i just bought The Roxio Game Capture(not Hd pro) and the CD came with it. I tried downloading it and after it says to choose a language a pop up comes up saying in exact words "Error attempting to read from the source install database: E:\CPDECODERPACK_GAME1X\CPDP .msi" then i click "ok". Then a second pop up comes up saying: "Error attempting to read from the source install database: E:\GAME_1X\Roxio Game Capture.msi".

 

After that it just stops. So please help!!! If it doesnt work i cant return it. So just a waste!

I am assuming that you meant that you tried to install it, not download it. From where did you get your Game Capture?

 

Try copying the contents of the disc, to a folder on your computer, and install from there.
