Roxio Is Not Working .. Woopee... "no Signal"

Huntingbird3.0

Question

It seems that the Roxio I have bought has a problem :

My pc specs is:

ATI Radeon HD 6950 Sapphire.

Motherboard is is an FM1 GA - A 75M UD2H from Gigabyte.

CPU: (or apu) FM1 AMD A8-3870 with onboard graphics.

Sound card is an PC

Asus Xonar.

The Signal is dead. That is all... in other words if I plug the HDMI out to the monitor I am using (SHARP - Aquos) the monitor responds with an error "An incompatible video signal received, check output device settings"

I thought " Okay this is the input signal error?" but as a I looked into the RGC software - I just saw a half blue screen...

I wondered if this whole HDMI thing was Plug in And Play....

so i tested it with just connecting it to the television - and worked fine, I had a double screen and both was duplicated...

but as I plugged it in the Roxio - no go...

Lights and all working but nothing to preview or input....

Posting in the wrong forum will not get you much help. If your read the description for the General Chat it is for discussion of non-Roxio related topics.

Next, you have not even bothered to tell us exactly what product and software you have. Once you do that, your topic will be moved to the correct forum
