Need Some Help

hi guys i've recently just been mugged off my a shop called cex , i bought a roxio game capture hd pro , they said it was sealed when it was sold to us so i was like okay cool , turns out when i got back that the cd key was missing so i went back and asked them to refund it and they said no because its not faulty , so i was like !@#% you guys went home , the thing is i do have the original older roxio game capture and software installed so i need to know if the older software works with the HD pro ? or if anyone id kind enought to supply me with cd key for the disk i got that would be amazing

also, did you throughly go through the box for the CD??? It is easy to miss

My software and cd key was hidden inside a pocket within the box. I had to open up the bottom of the box in order to get the software out.

CD, would you please pin that picture and explanation? I tried to find that picture a couple of days ago to help a user who said his RGC, from Amazon, did not have the DVD included with it.
