Wizard Was Interruptted



hello ive had the Roxio hd capture pro for about 3 months. sadly i havent been able to use it cause evertime i attempt to download it it allways rolls back. Ive went to the Mircosoft links that have suggested to update certain thing on my laptop computer. Sadly even adter these updates the issue hasnt been solved.I would just like to have this issue fixed so i can use my product. My copmputer has the following properties




Model- Inspiron 1545


processor-2.30 GHZ T4500


RAm- 2.00 GB


system type- 64-bit operating system


i have todays "trial"included. todays log below


LogFile 13-04-27 09-44.zip


If anyone can help me out that would be highly appreciated!

You should have posted in January ~ same issue then as you have now ;)


This is extensive, but it what I suggest...


Unplug your RGC Device and put it aside until you are completely finished.


Create a New User Account with Administrator Privileges.


Turn OFF any A/V & Firewall.


Reboot and log on to that new account.


Copy your entire disc to a new folder on your HDD.


In that new folder, right click on Setup.exe and select Properties.


Under the Compatibility tab, make sure
is checked!


Right click Setup.exe and select Open.


Allow it to Check for Updates (this is for Roxio not Windows)


Use the Default Locations!


That should do the trick
