Impossible To Log Support Ticket!

Hi

 

Bought Roxio game capture HD for son for Xmas 2012.

He is only 11 and I guess telling him to keep the box safe was probably not the best idea.

 

Anyway, laptop died so now need to install the Roxio software on the new laptop. I have found the CD but not the sleeve or box with the serial number.

 

The site does NOT let you log a ticket without registration (which was not done)

The site lets you type a serial number, which I used from the bottom of the HD device... it is not recognised...

 

 

HOW am I suppose to log a ticket on this system if it does not accept a valid serial number and I had not pre-registered the device at Xmas????

You can only register the device with the CD key.... Catch 22 going on here.

 

Anyway, how can I get in touch with support to provide proof of purchase etc to get a key otherwise this is a £90 piece of worthless plastic... and one upset son :(

You should have bought him some books to read. Someone, from Roxio, hopefully will give you a remedy for your Roxio software situation.

While you are waiting for a rescue, you may want to check the list of your registered products fro the CD Key.

 

Find CD Key (registered product)

 

Click on Red Roxio at top.

 

Click “My Account”

 

Log in

 

There will be a list of your Registered Products along with their CD Keys

 

hopefully, it will be there ;)
