Can Not Burn Dvd....

When I try to burn dvd, it plays my music but will not show pictures....When I am on my personal page I can see photos but can't hear music!! UGH!!! Getting REALLY TICKED OFF!!! HELP.....and I should have to go through a list of 8 million steps to do this!!! Thats why I bought the freaking program....because they said it was easy.....yeah right!

The audio issue has been covered and can be attributed to an Adobe update. Read about it in the pinned post in this part of the forum. It is Adobe and not Roxio/Corel who muts fix it.

 

You have no provided us with enough information to guess about the problem with the DVD. Try to make a wmv or mpg2 files from the PhotoShow instead of the DVD and see if it looks OK on your computer (I'm assuming that you are using the desktop version?) If it plays correctly, then it is in the burning process. If it doesn't, I'm going to guess that the images you are using are too large. We have seen it before. I'm sure that you have a photo editing program on your computer, make them smaller and lower the resolution. You are making a video on a DVD so the highest resolution is 720 by 480 (lines); You will not see much loss if your change the size and resolution.

 

Please give us a synopsis of the 8 million steps !
