Streaming On To Twitch Tv Lags

my internet is pretty good but when i try to stream it lag every 3 or 4 seconds please help me undertsand whats going on, also here's my upload and Download

 

maybe its the bitrate video i have to set but if so which is best for my internet speed?

Elaborate more on "lags every 3 or 4 second"

More like skips Frames, It would be running smoothly but then skips Frams for about 2 seconds to 4 then go back to normal same with audio

That would be your PC... Something is getting in the way of your CPU or HDD.

 

List your PC specs, like I show in my sig block, and including your HDD Free Space as well as your Windows Performance Index (Win-Pause keys).

 

And look at your Task Manager to see what is running at the same time you are streaming.

Well I sometimes experience frame skip now and then but I have some potential solutions

 

1 - Make sure your computer isn't overheating

2 - Male sure your comuter doesnt have any additional programs running like an internet browser or other softwares

3 - Make sure your computer has the optimal specs

 

If all else fails, lower your bitrate or format
