Wizard Setup Roxio Creator Special Edition Was Interrupted

sorry for my bad english , i speak french!

so, hi!

on windows xp installtion works but not on Windows 7

I tried to install on windows 7, but the installation never ends.

 

it always ends with this message "Wizard setup roxio creator special edition was interrupted"

 

 

 

I tryed some trick, remove vista Compatibility in setup.exe, and some trick ect..

 

i checked on google and i am not alone, why is all time hard for installing roxio?

Do you have one computer with all of the operating systems -XP< Vista and W7 or are they separate computers? Did you try more than once to install the program into W7? Some of it may have been installed and needs to be removed. Make sure that there is no compatibility mode used for the install.

 

Did you notice what was being installed when the installation stopped? Read this (link).

ok,

1. I have only one system and is windows 7 64 , i have system raid5 (3 hard disk)
    
   
2. yes i tryed probably 8 time install roxio creator 2010 special edition
    
   
3. I checked in several ways no trace of visible roxio!
    
   
4. and I removed the compatibility mode (Vista SP1) on dvd!
    
   
5. I also copied the DVD to a folder to be sure that the compatibility mode is removed and install by this folder
    
   
6. all time same problem!

I checked just for fun, in the panel system and...

 

i make 3 update driver:

1. Drivers Intel Rapid Storage Technology PCH 5678 12.5.0.1066 WHQL
    
   
2. Drivers Jmicron Technology JMB36xJMB37x eSATA R1.17.65.11 WHQL
    
   
3. Drivers Realtek Semiconductor RTS5138RTS5159 6.2.8400.30143 WHQL
   

I rebooted and retry install ROXIO CREATOR 2010 SPECIAL EDITION,

For some reason I do not understand the installtion done quickly without problem in not even 10 minutes

 

 

 

 

if you or someone else has an idea if the driver for the SATA controller is to prevent the installation Sufis who went to rosio capture usb ....
