Gafken
I'm not really sure why this is happening, I played with the Quality and everything is set up properly on a fast computer, it shouldn't just cut out like that... Anyone ever heard of that?
Gafken
I may have made a rookie mistake when I was clearing out unneeded programs yesterday, I might have unistalled a driver because it wasn't from roxio, I'm going to run a repair and post the results. Jim_Hardin
OK, I am curious what driver could produce that sort of result???
Gafken
Well, I repaired then restarted, made it completely not recognise the video imput, so i couldn't record... unistalled, restarted, installed, restarted and now I'm right back to square one... it records for 34 milliseconds tops but it still acts as though its recording, but it only saves the first 34 milliseconds... >.<

Paco3397
I am having the same problem, but going full-screen does not magically fix it. Anyone with any idea what's really going on here?

No idea what goes on with your PC's that would cause this But the place to start is a proper repair: First thing to do is to turn off your Anti Virus, Firewalls, Registry Cleaners, etc. Unplug your RGC Device and put it aside until you are completely finished. Now insert your Roxio Disc. Be sure you accept the offer to Check for Updates (this is for Roxio, not Windows) When you reach the screen where Repair is offered, choose that! When the Repair competes, turn your AV & Firewall back on and reboot.
