tsantee Posted May 2, 2013 Report Share Posted May 2, 2013 In the Toast Media Browser click on Video. At the bottom there is Web Video. When this is selected and a compatible online video is playing, it gets captured in the browser window. Note that this doesn't work with commercial TV shows or movies as they are protected from this kind of copying. When you want to convert the video drag it to the Video Files setting in the Convert window or to one of the video disc settings in the Video window. The videos are deleted by control-clicking on them. A popup appears giving you the option to view them in the Finder. Once in the Finder, drag them to the trash. jp525 Posted May 3, 2013 Author Report Share Posted May 3, 2013 Thanks, I would not have found that. I was able to capture audio in spin doctor, but it stopped after 2 minutes. What it did capture was fine, but it could not grab the 4 minute stream. Spin Doctor doesn't work and hasn't for a long time. I don't think it will get fixed. The application Audio HIjack Pro does work. You also can do some audio capturing with QuickTime Player but only from external inputs and not from streaming audio.
