Opening A File From A Previous Date.

Hi all, I recorded a clip and saved it in a spot I could find very easily a few days ago. When I go to edit I can't click and drag the file to a panel, and when I go to "add photo/video" and try to open the file I get this error message"

"One or more of the files you are trying to add are unseekable, and have not been added."

Does anyone know what's up with this?

sounds like the file is corrupt???

Can you play the file using Windows Media Player or VLC?
