No Signal

Okay, so I have read around the forums, found numerous YouTube Videos, but still cannot get the "No Signal" error to go away. I have updated to latest service pack as well.

 

At first, when I would start it up and click capture, it would crash my whole system into a reboot. Fixed that by going into the uninstall, and repairing the installation. Now that I can get it to come up, it shows no signal. The pass through wit the cables is working fine as I can turn on my Xbox and play, but the system/software isnt recognizing it. I have checked all my settings, 3 times over, and everything is correct. Even swapped out the supplied USB cable. The capture is seen in the device manager, as well as by other programs, but just not having any signal or video.

 

Anyone else have any suggestions? Ive done reinstall with virus protection turned off as well. The only thing different I am doing is running this system headless. I use TeamViewer to access it and configure it. But I dont think that would cause it to not see a signal.
